I have been developing training programs and management tools since 1994, focusing on bringing the best scientific knowledge into practice. Today, I build the bridge between AI advancements and human creativity to strengthen the competitiveness of people and organizations.

I have consulted and trained 124 companies, including industry leaders such as ABB, SEB, Swedbank, Markit, Tammer, Estiko-Plastar, and Viru Keemia Grupp, as well as 38 public sector institutions, including the Government Office, the Office of the President, and all major ministries.
