A team is innovative when there is mutual trust, open exchange of information, a shared vision and feedback that supports creativity. The members of such a team are like invincible musketeers whose motto was “All for one, one for all!”
Innovative teamwork training
The aim of the training is to acquire the skills of innovative teamwork.
As a result of the training, participants will be able to:
- Analyze the team’s trust, information exchange, vision and support and define their development needs.
- Follow science-based recommendations for innovative teamwork.
Training topics:
- Innovation as problem solving.
- Mutual trust.
- Open exchange of information.
- A shared vision.
- Feedback that supports creativity.
- Conclusions for the development of innovative teamwork.
The exercises are selected before the training in cooperation with the client’s team, and the guide to innovative teamwork is adapted accordingly. This guide is based on the Eduardo Salas school of teamwork theory and the innovative teamwork skills with the highest impact in meta-analyses.
Before the training, the participants familiarize themselves with the teamwork instruction, so the main time of the training is spent on practice. In the training, I demonstrate how to correctly apply more complex teamwork skills, and then the participants practice these skills in practical exercises, learning step by step to distinguish between right and wrong and receiving practical feedback on this.
I have conducted teamwork trainings in dozens of companies and state institutions since 1994, with the addition of teams from several healthcare institutions in recent years.
